Abstract

Abstrak

Pabrik kelapa sawit PT. Socfindo Kebun Seunagan adalah pabrik yang menghasilkan minyak kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini di lakukan pada lingkungan kerja mesin sterilizer di PT. Socfindo Kebun Seunagan, nilai rata-rata tingkat kebisingan pada mesin sterilizer mencapai 74,2 dBA. Titik pengukuran pada penelitian ini di lakukan pada 4 titik dengan berjarak 2 meter. Setia p titik dilaksanakan pengukuran dan perhitungan menggunakan metode ekuivalen. Hasil dari pengukuran kebisingan di 4 titik di mesin sterilizer dinyatakan dalam kondisi baik, dikarenakan hasil pengukuran di 4 titik tidak melewati ambang batas kebisingan. Perusahaan harus memperhatikan, bahwa pekerja harus menggunakan alat pelindung diri demi kenyamana dan menghindari kecelakaan saat bekerja.

Abstract

Palm oil mill PT. Socfindo Kebun Seunagan is a factory that produces palm oil. This research was conducted in the work environment of the sterilizer machine at PT. Socfindo Kebun Seunagan, the average value of the noise level on the sterilizer machine reaches 74.2 dBA. The measurement points in this study were carried out at 4 points with a distance of 2 meters. Each point is measured and calculated using the equivalent method. The results of the noise measurement at 4 points on the sterilizer machine are stated in good condition, because the measurement results at 4 points do not exceed the noise threshold. Companies must pay attention that workers must use personal protective equipment for the sake of comfort and avoid accidents while working.
