Abstrak
Kenaikan kinerja suatu mesin di industri yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan kelapa sawit sangat berarti dalam megoptimalkan aktivitas penciptaan buat menggapai hasil akhir yang baik sehingga bisa tingkatkan produktivitas industri. Proses perebusan tandan sawit ialah sesuatu proses yang sangat berarti yang memastikan mutu minyak kelapa sawit yang di hasilkan dalam pengolahan CPO. Pemakaian uap jenuh membolehkan terbentuknya proses hidrolisa/ penguapan terhadap air di dalam buah, bila memakai uap kering hendak bisa menimbulkan kulit buah hangus, sehingga membatasi penguapan air dalam daging buah serta bisa pula mempersulit proses pengempaan. Oleh karena itu, pengontrolan mutu uap yang dijadikan sumber panas perebusan sangatlah berarti supaya bisa mendapatkan hasil perebusan yang sempurna. Dari ulasan di atas penulis membuat analisa terhadap kebutuhan Uap steam di stasiun sterilizer

Abstract
Increasing the performance of a machine in an industry engaged in palm oil processing is very meaningful in optimizing production activities to achieve good final results so as to
increase industrial productivity. The process of boiling oil palm bunches is a very significant
process that ensures the quality of palm oil produced in CPO processing. The use of saturated steam allows the formation of a hydrolysis/evaporation process of water in the fruit, if using dry steam it will cause the skin to burn, thus limiting evaporation of water in the fruit flesh and can also complicate the compression process. Therefore, controlling the quality of steam which is used as a source of boiling heat is very important in order to get perfect boiling results. From the above review, the author makes an analysis of the need for steam at the sterilizer station
